Did you find an animal?
The first thing to look for if you have found an animal is its state of health. If he is awake, agile, with bright eyes, without any injuries and performs coordinated movements, we are probably in front of a healthy animal and in this case we should not intervene or if we hesitate to contact someone specialized who can help.
In the event that it needs to be handled, we must remember at all times that we must avoid stressing it (as this can worsen its state of health) and protect ourselves with gloves or what is necessary for our safety (avoid scratched or bitten)
If the animal cannot be handled, it is best to follow it visually, or detain it with a physical barrier and contact the rural / local police officers immediately to pick it up.
